The 4th International Flour, Semolina, Rice, Corn, Bulghur, Feed Milling Technologies, Pulse, Pasta Biscuit Technologies Exhibition was successfully held in Istanbul Expo Center, between 21-24 April 2011.

EXHIBITOR PROFILE
There were 183 firms exhibiting in IDMA fair which also brought all the sides together in cereals sector. Flour, semolina, maize, rice and feed mills and cereal cleaning, packaging, the latest technology in pasta and biscuit facility with feed storing silos, filling, transportation and discharging systems, laboratory equipments, additives, packaging machines and materials, spare parts and sub industry product innovations were some of the production groups that were shown to visitors in the fair.
The Professional visitors who are world scaled flour, semolina, rice, maize millers and investors, pasta biscuit and feed producers had the chance to see and meet the latest technologies in IDMA 2011.
The Machine producers, who met the professional visitors coming from 60 different countries, showed their latest technology and products and built up new cooperations and increased their lot in the global market.
FAIR ACTIVITIES
IDMA 2011,which took place in Istanbul Expo Center for 4 days, including “Wheat, Flour and Milling”, “Pulse Production, Consumption and Trade”, “Latest Developments and Innovations in Rice Production”, “Latest Developments in Bulghur”, “Turkish Pasta Sector and Latest Developments” Seminars, were organized by Parantez International Fair and was attracted by many participators.
